Amhad Bradshaw, Jerious Norwood, Ray Rice and Felix Jones should be on the next list.
Seriously? I know you like the guy but there is no reason he should be considered yet.
I would take him over every guy on this list other than Mendenhall and DWilliams. I may take Rice or Jones over him depending where they go. Earnest Graham is on the list, there is no reason Bradshaw shouldnt be.

These rankings kill me. How are we voting in Rookies when they haven't played a single down of football and most likely won't be starters when they come into camp? Let alone we have no clue whatsoever where they will sign.

I love quality prospect as much as the next guy but ranking them over players with starting gigs and who produce just seems silly to me.

I thought this was more of a baseline and that we'd do it again after the draft. If Mendenhall or Stewart end up in Houstion, then i think he shoots up the rankings. I probably wouldnt take this poll past 25 myself.

I agree. Bradshaw has limited upside as long as Jacobs is in town. Even if Bradshaw gets 15 touches a game, he likely will not get goal line and will never get even a 60% share in my opinion. Give me ANY of the guys on the list over Bradshaw.

Might as well throw Caddy and Irons and Selvin Young on the list then.
Irons is coming off a torn ACL, and has never had a carry in the NFL. Not as if he was a top RB prospect coming into the NFL either. If you want to vote for a guy whose career is likely over, take Caddy. I would not be totally against Young being on the list, although the Denvers running game is not what it used to be, Henry is back, and the Broncos havnt had a solid FF RB since Clinton Portis.

I think he was being more sarcastic since you wanted to see guys like Bradshaw on the list.

How in the world does Jamal Lewis not even make the list of option for the top 20-25?
For the same reason Edge James isn't. Lewis is going in to his 9th year in 2008.
Lewis is 28, is getting signed for a 3 year deal in a great offense where he finished as RB 6 (top 10 in nearly any format) and was a top 20 RB the year before that. I'll take the nearly certain 3 solid years of top 20 production out of Lewis before gambling on lots of guys on that list already.

And FA hasn't even started so we don't know where a guy like Turner may wind up which could blow any mock draft that predicts one of these rookies going to a team in the early rounds....

I disagree, i think Bradshaw has Tiki Barber upside on this team. No way am i taking a 28 year old journeyman RB who has 3 career 100 yard rushing games in his career over Bradshaw.

I think Lewis has only 1-2 more years left and this being a dynasty poll, I wouldnt want him unless I was already stacked at RB and could use him as trade bait late in the year.

This is what we where told 3 years ago.... wait, we were told he was DONE 3 years ago.Either way, it is ridiculous that he isn't even an OPTION in the top 25. Vote however you want, but a guy that is 28, signed for 3 years in a good situation and a PROVEN producer not even being mentioned is a serious oversight IMO.

agreed. I agree that they are aging, but I would take Lewis or Edge over anyone on the list with the exception of Mendenhall. I'll take 2-3 years of decent production anyday over these guys. they all have serious questions. Jones - can't stay healthyD-Will - couldn't beat out Foster for the jobJacobs - How many games did he miss this year (Ward and Bradshaw sharing time)White - Fatdale? really? I know he had a 1,000 yd season, but come on. so did Tatum Bell the year before.Graham - played great, but TB will definitely bring in another back for depth and to possible compete for time. I think you have to at least put them on the list.

I cant believe that 8 people would rather have K.Jones than the 1.2 or 1.3 rookie pick. Come on people, seriously

Ok seriously, this is easily the dumbest cliche in all of fantasy football. You know who people ARE voting? Second year RBs. Now, go back the last 5 years and compare second year guys to rookies. What you'll find is that more often than not the rookies are outperforming the second year guys straight up, and on top of that coming at a muuuuuccchhhhhh cheaper cost.
