This Bradshaw pimping is ridiculous. At least 5 rookies are more talented than him and will go to a better situation.

look out for T.Jones next year. I think the Jets are getting serious about running the ball more effectively. He quietly had 1100 yards last season.

who is #26? that does come after 25 right?
24. LenDale White TEN 12/20/198425. Jamal Lewis CLE 8/29/197926. Kevin Jones, DET 8/21/1982You aced math and failed english?
nah, I got good grades in english...I just didn't care much for that grammar unless I have to actually apply it...in an informal setting like the FBG's forums you can pretty much throw grammar out the windowJust confused me a bit cause I wasn't sure if I missed one. I know these polls get redundant when you are putting them together and I appreciate you going through the processoh yeah, and I voted for Earnie Graham here. He seems like the safest option to get carries and hold up. At this point, I am looking at opportunity. If the Bucs draft a back early, then things could certainly change. I am just not sure Bradshaw could hold up as the feature guy. He may never be more than a 10 carry a game guy

I can't believe someone would choose a player like Edge, Graham, or T. Jones over a player like Felix Jones or Rice in a dynasty league. Not me. I would be very happy to get Felix here...

original post was edited, and yeah Bradshaw gets my vote here WITHOUT A DOUBT !!!
Thanks. Just a general point here - before making a toolish comment, check the times for posts vs. edits. (granted, his comment was somewhat toolish in itself)

Went with Rice here, I think with his durabilty and his ability to be a full time back he is the most underrated back in the draft. Lets just hope he lands in a decent situation.

VJerious Norwood ATL: Norwood is a third down back with Turner. He shouldn't even be on this list anymore.

Earnest Graham TBB 1/15/1980: Graham is 28; he did have a nice year but he does not have the wow factor and so you have to wonder how many years he can hold this gig down. I expect he will be the featured back and do ok this coming year, but beyond that I have my doubts.

Ahmad Bradshaw NYG 3/26/1986: 22 years old and DOES have the wow factor. Right now he is stuck behind Jacobs but I don't think Jacobs will hold his position long.

Edgerin James ARI 8/1/1978 [ 15 ]; Probably most likely to have the best 2008 season of all these guys, but age and wear are a concern.

Selvin Young DEN 11/1/1983 [ 0 ] With Henry signed and Hall having looked as good and with Shanny saying that Young didn't hold up well enough to be a featured guy I don't rank him in this group at all.

Thomas Jones NYJ 8/19/1978 [ 12 ] I have always hated THomas Jones because I was in Arizona when he got drafted in the early first round and he was a bust. He did ok in Tampa but finally had a couple of good years in Chicago. Last year he declined again. He will be 30 years ago when the season starts and has never lived up to his potential in my opinion. I expect the Jets to draft one of those good rookies and then let that guy and Leon and Jones compete.

Chris Johnson ROOKIE [ 1 ] The guy is FAST but is he the next Michael Bennett????? Who knows.

Felix Jones ROOKIE [ 10 ] The guy is supposed to be FAST but his timed speed was good, not great for a guy whose game is predicated on speed. He is small and has never carried the load and played in a very quirky college system. He could be the best RB in the draft or he could be a third down back.

Ray Rice ROOKIE [ 13 ] Pretty balanced but no WOW factor IMO. I think he will be an ok NFL player but not a great one.

VJerious Norwood ATL: Norwood is a third down back with Turner. He shouldn't even be on this list anymore. Agreed.

Earnest Graham TBB 1/15/1980: Graham is 28; he did have a nice year but he does not have the wow factor and so you have to wonder how many years he can hold this gig down. I expect he will be the featured back and do ok this coming year, but beyond that I have my doubts. I entirely agree with this.

Ahmad Bradshaw NYG 3/26/1986: 22 years old and DOES have the wow factor. Right now he is stuck behind Jacobs but I don't think Jacobs will hold his position long. Again we agree. People don't understand why I'm so high on him, but watching every play-off carry for both he and Jacobs, there is NO DOUBT that he is the more talented. I don't have him on my roster yet, so i should be keeping quiet about him, but ignore him at your own peril.

Edgerin Jasmes ARI 8/1/1978; Probably most likely to have the best 2008 season of all these guys, but age and wear are a concern. - Once again, not much argument here, except I have a strong feeling they will draft a younger RB and turn it into RBBC this year. So there is some risk that his stats will not be that strong.

Selvin Young DEN 11/1/1983 [ 0 ] With Henry signed and Hall having looked as good and with Shanny saying that Young didn't hold up well enough to be a featured guy I don't rank him in this group at all. Me either.

Since the Jets signed Tony Richardson, I upgraded T Jones a lot, but again age plus possible draft plans go against him, just like Edge. I would rate both of them very even under the category "geriatric running backs" - which I generally wouldn't draft in Dynasty.

Chris Johnson ROOKIE [ 1 ] The guy is FAST but is he the next Michael Bennett????? Who knows. Who cares? He's probably only a spot performer and in my mind he is not a consideration here.

Felix Jones ROOKIE [ 10 ] The guy is supposed to be FAST but his timed speed was good, not great for a guy whose game is predicated on speed. He is small and has never carried the load and played in a very quirky college system. He could be the best RB in the draft or he could be a third down back. See Draftguys.com 'Breaking Down The Tape'. VERY talented, but VERY high risk factor IMO.

Ray Rice ROOKIE [ 13 ] Pretty balanced but no WOW factor IMO. I think he will be an ok NFL player but not a great one.

Here we disagree - Ray Rice would be my selection - right after Bradshaw.

Other - WHO? I'd put Matt Forte ahead of a few on this list - about even with Felix Jones. But in general, many responders are overvaluing all the rookies after the Big Three. Whoever said they would rather have at least five remaining rookie backs ahead of Bradshaw would be very welcome to join my league (if we had an opening). [ 2 ] [2.25%]

I am very intersted in Forte too because of the mix of size and measurables. I haven't watched Rice play enough but your comment has motivated me to take another look at him. Thanks for the response.

Too much uncertainty there just yet. Crowded backfield, sounds like Alexander gets to prove he's really done 1st.

Besides, J.Jones had his chances in Dallas........ a 1700 yard season???.........Prediction by Dallas.com??............yea, i sure buy that one!

But, yes, he should be on the list, as he's ahead of a some of the guys that are on it - Norwood, Young, and C Johnson, for sure .

I think the 1700 yd prediction was more of a joke. However, there is a chance Jones could surprise. Last year he looked awful, and maybe he'll never rebound. But he's had a 1000+ yd season, a 993 yd season (missing 3 games) and an 819 yd season (missing 8 games) in his career. Those are not bad numbers.

FWIW, before 2007, he was averaging 90 total yards per game (78 rushing and 12 receiving).
