pro-football-reference has made its draft data searchable. You can do a quick search from the main draft index page or you can get a little more specific with this search form.
For example....
All WRs selected by the Dolphins
All defensive backs drafted among the top 10 overall picks
All small-school defensive players selected by the Broncos in the 80s
All Big Ten QBs taken in the first two rounds
All players since 1980 drafted in round 2 who did not (yet) play in the NFL.
And remember that you can click the column headers to sort, so if you want to know, say, who is the all-time leading rusher among 3rd-round picks, you could use this query, and then sort the results by rushing yards. Or if you want to know who is the highest drafted lineman ever from a WAC school, you could run this one and sort it by pick number.
