Game Thread W6 - Baltimore V Indianapolis (1 Viewer)

Monster game for both teams. The Ravens can't afford to make the kind of mistakes they made last week & expect to win (duh). The Colts have owned them recently, but if this stays close I look for Baltimore to run the ball 50 gazillion times. The Birds are hurting in the secondary (Rolle & Washington out) & I'm sure Peyton's licking his chops to get things back on track.

I can't make a pick on this with any confidence. I think the Colts will find a way to win, but my plugged nickels are staying in my pocket.

Well if my 50 gazillion runnning plays is correct, I think both will get at least 15 gazillion. I think both McGahee & McClain are good plays with Willis primed for a big game yardahe-wise if he doesn't get hurt on every other play.

Yes, the Colts are always the better team in this matchup. But it seems as though they bring out the worst in the Ratbirds. Peyton just abuses the defense, even if the box scores may not reflect it, and the Colts defense usually has their highlight game of the year against Baltimore.

Right now, the Ravens are looking like the team we feared they may be back in August. As I type this, they turn it over yet again. Manning with a short field and the Ratbirds rattled.

Whadda ya think, rk? I think they're in even worse trouble if they try to play catch-up. Probably should just try to run & maybe get a drive going.

Forget the score and run the normal offense, whatever that may be. Maybe they'll stop getting outphysicaled by the Colts defense and look up and find themselves with a puncher's chance late in the game.

I think that's right........nice screen to Willois for a 1st

Off topic....it's a gorgeous day here in MD. I'm sitting on my deck with a cold one & Sambuca on ice with my little TV & my laptop.......Salud everyone.

A run D from Indy, who'da thunk it?

PS but they have to have the most idiotic-looking mascot in the league.

Ravens are done here, I think. Peyton's got their number, the O line has tightened up, and I doubt Baltimore can score enough points to win even if there were no Colts D on the field.
