The D does seem a bit more vanilla under Sheriden and Thomas is playing well in Ross' stead but the loss of Phillips is huge and Boley being down really hurts as well.

The Giants overall are not what most of us thought they were. They got fat and sassy against some bad teams, but the last three weeks have really exposed them. They are probably the 3rd best team in the NFC East right now.

I've had plantar fasciitis very recently, and trust me, it isn't fun. And I was not a football player. And I had a mild case of it. It can't be easy playing with that, considering you need to plant on your foot when making throws and such.

But you said he won an unprecedented number of games in a row on the road against number 1 seeds in the playoffs, which is not possible, since it is impossible to play more than one number 1 seed on the road in the playoffs (since if you play the other number 1 seed, it would be in the Super Bowl on a neutral field. Simply put, you overstated your case with misinformation.

That is just asinine analysis.Great defenses always make the offensive team look better.If you want to blame Eli when the Giants loose, you might want to give him a bit of credit when they win.BTW, it wasn't Strahan, Pierce or Osi who lead the Giants down the field in the 4th quarter of the Superbowl to go ahead of an undefeated team many were calling amongst the best ever. It was Eli.

He had a great run in the playoffs that year. He's also had some horrendous games in the playoffs. And in the regular season he's never been anything special. He gets off to good starts, and then tails off at the end. Not a bad player. Just average.
