Saints and Falcons Game Thread (1 Viewer)

Might be a bit early, but didn't see a thread.

Should be a fun game to watch as a fan of the NFL.

From my personal FF curiosity, I am wondering if Turner starts to get some carries taken away by Snelling.

What are you looking for tonight?

EDIT: Snelling is out, too. As is Norwood. I am guessing you could see a few receptions by Turner tonight, just a hunch.

I am looking for Shockey to get injured like he use to. My opponent needs 12 from him to get the W.

Keep an eye on Aaron Stecker...........he should get some work (especially in the passing game).

I could see that - how much of the playbook would Stecker be able to pick up since his signing? Is he above average pass blocking?Do you suspect that Stecker will spell him other than 3rd downs?

Turner has to hit 120, have to keep Brees off the field. ATL has a chance, but they'll need their A+ game. Tye Hill starts at corner tonight (over Grimes, I think), will he make the difference, or will he show rust? We MUST find a way to get pressure on Brees. Let's face it, NO should win this game, but I'm still holding out hope.

Will the loss of Cedric Ellis hurt?
No Sedrick Ellis and probably no Scott Fujita might be a difference maker. MIGHT.
Sedrick, thanks for the spelling correction without being a jerk, rare around here, lol.I ask because if he plays an important role it might be something to keep an eye on.
He's probably their best run stopper on a D which gives up a high YPC, so they will miss him badly.

That's what I thought. NOT rooting for an injury but, fact is, that's good news for the Falcon running game tonight.

And Turner owners? One can hope.

Going to listen to this on the radio because I'm at work. Not been a fan of radio only for games but it's growing on me. Hoping for a good game from both teams preferably high scoring, over 70 would be nice.
