I think this is the 2nd pick in a clear 2nd tier in PPR.

I need a tie broken before I post the next poll....

I can alomst guarantee you that either Ben Tate or D Thomas will be taken at 1.06 in over 95% of all drafts regardless of format, with the exception of 2QB leagues where Bradford may go at that spot or one before it.

95% a bit on the high side I would think. In each of my 3 rookie drafts so far (all PPR), Benn was taken at the 1.06.
