Garcon's only catches listed in the play by play:

Looks like 3 for 43 to me.

I believe they have settled on Garcon 3-43-0 and Collie 11-163-1 and a fumble.

He did knock a pass away from a defender, but I doubt an offensive player gets a 'pass defended' as a member of the offense.The tackle came after the defense recovered Collie's fumble.

Sounds like NFL.com MFL and CBS all have it updated. Yahoo and FPC doesnt.

Some mistakes (such as the Garcon fumble) are corrected immediately. Others are reviewed and then posted by the Elias Sports Bureau on Wednesday afternoon. If you're using MyFantasyLeague you can automatically make the changes by clicking Help->Strange Plays->Official Statistics Changes.
