i mean garrard needs to be benched, right? is he playing as poorly as his first half stats would indicate?

You can't bench Garrard no matter how badly he plays. Their backup was injured for the season last week. They had to bring back Bouman this week because he knows the offense from being on the team last season. Garrard plays the season unless he gets injured.
