Started D.Garrard over J.Freeman

Started J.Best over L.Blount

Losing to the 10th place team as he has Matt Ryan, Hester, and Winslow.

 
Is this where I complain about J.Best thus allowing him to go off in the 2nd half?

Had a feeling I should start Freeman today...2 TDs already, & Carolian is actually hanging around so he'll still be throwing some 2nd half.

So glad I left FJax on my bench....started Blount, but was agonizing over the decision until 5 minutes before early game kickoffs

 
It's still early, but I trotted out Turner and Foster. Opponent had Garrard, Mike Thomas working due to his bye weeks. His two guys have a combined 60 points in our PPR league, I've got a nice fat 15 from those two.

 
I finally had to trade away one of my starting wide receivers to get a tight end because of the terrible performances of Heath Miller and Ben Watson over recent weeks. After making the deal, Ben Watson decided to show up for the first time in three weeks (5 catches, 73 yards).

 
Started Favre over Matt Ryan.

Started Randy Moss over BMW.

Going to lose a winnable matchup this week and fall farther behind in the playoff race.

 
Starting the likes of Best and Donnie Brown yet again...please FBG, drop them down the cheatsheets next week so I don't even consider playing them.

 
I started Mike Thomas and Mike Williams in a PPR and already have 160 points in a league where the season high is 185...and I still have Hines Ward to play. My opponent started Fred Jackson and Dwayne Bowe and is already over 170 points. Everytime anyone on my team does anything, someone on his will immediately score a touchdown.

And while I was typing this, Eli Manning had a touchdown taken away on a penalty...then followed it up with a fumble (that costs two points in my league). That was about a 10 point swing for me.

To add to all of my frustrations, I made a trade this week to get Jason Witten so that I could finally get a little bit of stability at TE after suffering through 2 point games from Ben Watson and Heath Miller for the past month. Of course, Ben Watson suddenly had a 12 point game and Jason Witten has 1.5 through 3 quarters. Ridiculous.

This is the kind of luck I've had in this league all season.

Thought I had a good matchup this week when the opposing team traded Vick and Marshall for Bowe and picked up Cassel for the bye. Guess I was wrong :popcorn: .

wow, worst 60 seconds of my fantasy football life:

Vernon Davis 50 yard td called back on a penalty

Mike Williams stopped at the one even though he rolled into the end zone

Mare misses a fg from the 10 and Kevin's def doesn't get minus three

Manning to Nicks 60 yard td wiped out due to penalty

Manning fumbles

That's like 45 points I just lost

30 points swing on that non-TD to Nicks-from-Manning. Would have iced it for me.

 
Went against the 9-0 team in my league today. And Orton & Lloyd killed me. Still only down 13 with Ben & PIT Def vs DJax & PHI def but I dont like my chances.

:bye: I can't remember the last time I cussed someone so bad...my wife came in to make sure I didn't have a coronary after that oneAlso had Bowe in my flex all week but decided this morning to switch him for MSW

2 leagues...#3 in scoring in one and I'm now 4-6. #1 scoring in the other and I'm about to go to 5-5. That kind of year.

 
Just need Vick to put up somewhere in the neighborhood of 900 yards and 8 TDs Monday and I'll be good. Shouldn't be a problem.

why do people think big ben is a top 5 qb? He's not even top 10. I can't believe I listened to everyone and traded for big ben over orten.

 
Played against Felix Jones today. In the league scoring system Jones had 21 points so far this year...today he got 42.

 
Played against Roethlisberger looking like I had a win in the bag easy going into the fourth quarter he had like 130 yards 0 TD's

Then in the 4th quarter alone he throws for like 250 yards and 3 TD's........

Now I need Vick to match that tomorrow night to pull out a win. :angry:

Same thing for me. I only play in 2 leagues. Top scorer in both; top scored against in both. 5-5 and fighting to even make the post-season in both. If I had the schedule of the 1st place teams, I'd be 10-0 and 9-1. What gets me is that I had the exact same thing last year - top scorer, top scored against, mediocre record. How many leagues in a row can this keep happening to me?!?If there's a silver lining (not just for me, but everyone in this spot) - last year both my teams were the last qualifiers for the playoffs. Both won the championship.

My god, I looked at the scores again and Cassel just cost me a loss in not one but two leagues now. And I was playing lights out in one of them and making every good move possible. How can I score #2 and #3 each week, with 100 points more than everyone else and be 6-4 now. Good grief. I'm so mad, I'm going to take Cassel's mother out for a nice seafood dinner and never call her again!

 
I Can't for the life of me pick a good kicker and lately my Defense picks suck also.

Every damn week I narrow my kicker selection down to 3 or 4 and always pick the wrong guy. I can't believe Olindo Mare went off for 19! (More points than I have gotten in the past 3 weeks from the kicker position)

I should have known this. Last time he played Arizona he had 18. I have only gotten double digit points from a kicker once this year. Yeah I know picking kickers is a fools game, but I started off with Ryan Longwell and he was not getting the job done. BTW: I think I am going with Billy Cundiff next week so make sure you don't start him.
