Is it even worth discussing how this is gonna effect Rivers. It really hasn't mattered who he was throwing to this year... The only constraint on his #'s is really the niners run D, which is pretty good at 9th in the league. It should be a pretty big day for phillip.

Was wondering the same thing...probably just overthinking it since it is the playoffs although I am tempted to go with Schaub instead.

Going up against Rivers tonight in my main league...throw in the fact that I don't like Phyliss, really hoping Willis smacks him in the jaw early and often.

Rivers has completed a pass to 17 different players this year, and he has thrown a TD pass to 10 different players. Does anyone know what the NFL records are for these two stats?

Really not sure what the 49ers' punter is doing pre-snap, but that's about as close to "illegal motion" as you would want to see.... :banned:

For those that missed it: Chargers punt return team is the worst in the history of the NFL, giving up over 19 yards per return.

wow an inch from a block, just avoids scifres, he BANGS one to Ginn, outkicks coverage , nice return, and Ted Ginn upends Scifres at the end of the play (it appeared he ended up almost doing a headstand.

:ptts:

Anybody else fall for the "Ryan Mathews is healthy and starting" ruse?

Good thing I decided to play things stupid in the playoff semi-finals. Whew! :ptts:

First time trying to watch a game online and it is frustrating - I figured they would go to studio for commercial breaks.
NFLN doesn't broadcast the game online. They offer "live look-ins" and "instant analysis."The only games I've actually watched online where when I had Sunday Ticket and could watch games on my laptop with whatever package that was at the time.

Any sign of VD?? Didn't hear anything pregame about him not playing but I haven't seen him yet on the field. Anyone know what's up?

Try one of the SKY Feeds. They go to studio (or every now and then have a cool weird brittish add for ESPN) and their studio guys (of which cecil martin is one, are HILARIOUS- and smart)Here's one, thouigh it appears to be a canadian hybrid of sky sports...

Gotcha, thanks. We moved today, so won't have Directv/Superfan back until tomorrow....
Yeah, they make it sound like you can watch the game online but you really can't.I had DirecTV/Superfan for years and loved it. I then moved back to the DC area just before last season and couldnt get a signal at my condo. For the first few weeks I watched games online w/ Superfan package and it was great as well. Now, it's just NFLN Redzone channel for me at home. Best I can do for now.
