***Divisional Round Game Thread*** New York Jets at New England (1 Viewer)

I'll go Pats 27-20. I think the first quarter will tell where and how this game is going to go.

Too many things have to happen for the Jets to win. At least one Brady INT, Jets win the T/O battle against a team that lived on winning the turnover battle all year, and Sanchez has to be accurate with one or less INT.

NE has what, the 30th ranked pass D? But they had 25 INT's. That's the key... try to get Brady to make some mistakes he hasn't made all year, and get Sanchez to stop making the mistakes he has been making in far too many games. Tall order.

I'm hoping that a rip in the space-time continuum obliterates both teams along with their coaching staffs.
You'll still finish last in the division. ;)ETA: Oops. Didn't realize Kool Aid beat me to the layup punchline

Our Brady, who art in Foxboro, hallowed be thy arm.

Thy bowl will come, it will be won, in Dallas as it is in New England.

Give us this Sunday, our weekly win, and give us many touchdown passes,

but do not let the Jets pass against us.

Lead us not into frustration, but deliver us to the valley of the sun.

For thine is the MVP, the best of the AFC, and the glory of the Patriots, now and forever, AMEN!

Patriots Inactives:

RB Fred Taylor

RB Thomas Clayton

WR Taylor Price

T Mark LeVoir

G Rich Ohrnberger

DL Myron Pryor

LB Marques Murrell

CB Tony Carter

Aaron Hernandez (hips) returns after missing the regular-season finale.

Jets inactives:

WR/KR Brad Smith

FB John Conner

DE Vernon Gholston

DT Jarron Gilbert

TE Matt Mulligan

TE Jeff Cumberland

DT Marcus Dixon

QB Kellen Clemens

Big loss for Smith on KR and Wildcat snaps.

FWIW I'm 7-0 ATS this playoff season, and I'm going NE by -8.5 (or 9) here.

Can't see the Jets keeping this under a double-digit loss.

I dislike the Jets, but I HATE the Patriots. Today, I am the biggest Jets fan because I don't want those clowns in New England to be anywhere close to the Super Bowl. COME ON JETS!!

And if the Pats do get up, they'll keep the pedal to the metal all game. I think they'd like to throw 20 TD passes against eat-crow-martie.
