Sorry if this has been covered. I couldn't find it. Is their a way to adjust the VBD baseline in the mac version of DD?

The VBD Baseline setup page isn't in the Mac yet. It is using Joe's Secret current for non-auction leagues, and Maurile's Auction Method for Auction leagues. But you can still tweak the baselines if you want. One way is to manually edit your DD League File with notepad. You should see lines that look like the following in the file: VBDBaselineMethod=0 VBDBaselineQBRank=0 VBDBaselineRBRank=0 VBDBaselineWRRank=0 VBDBaselineTERank=0 VBDBaselinePKRank=0 VBDBaselineDefRank=0 VBDBaselineDBRank=0 VBDBaselineLBRank=0 VBDBaselineDLRank=0 VBDBaselineQBMult=1.8 VBDBaselineRBMult=1.8 VBDBaselineWRMult=1.5 VBDBaselineTEMult=1.2 VBDBaselinePKMult=1 VBDBaselineDefMult=1.5 VBDBaselineDBMult=1.5 VBDBaselineLBMult=1.5 VBDBaselineDLMult=1.5 VBDBaselineQBPoints=0 VBDBaselineRBPoints=0 VBDBaselineWRPoints=0 VBDBaselineTEPoints=0 VBDBaselinePKPoints=0 VBDBaselineDefPoints=0 VBDBaselineDBPoints=0 VBDBaselineLBPoints=0 VBDBaselineDLPoints=0 Set VBDBaselineMethod to 0 for Joe's, 1 for Worst Starter, 2 for Custom by Rank, 3 for Custom by Points, and 4 for Maurile's Auction method. You can use the other lines to set the Ranks, Points or Multipliers. Save your file, and then in the DD click File - Open and reopen your league file (Select NO to the Do you want to save your league file? prompt on the File - Open, otherwise it will overwrite your text file you just changed). The other way to tweak the baselines, is to use decimal points in the starters. For example look and see which QB has a zero VBD. If it is the 11th QB and you want to make the 14th QB the baseline player, then enter a number slightly bigger than 1 in the QB starters. Like 1.4 for example. You will have to play with the numbers to get the exact baseline you want, but it should be doable.

Thanks Bruce. I've had the same question and your last post helped a lot. It took some toying around, but I think I've finally got some dollar values that fit my league pretty darn well.
