This thread will be pinned once we're under way.

If you see something happening, please describe the play instead of eg "WOW".

Please describe more of what you see, things that will help other fantasy owners eg Player X is seeing loads of targets, Player Y is running the ball with authority today etc

Remember, not all of us are watching your game.

Cassel is 5/6 but has dink & dunked his way to 14 yards, he has yet to target Bowe so far but has targeted Keary Colbert (first game for 3 years?) once.

Flowers just intercepted an overthrown ball from River to Floyd, but is limping off now.

Random IDP question, don't have the game here, is Jon McGraw (safety for the Chiefs) hurt and out of the game?

i don't understand Norv's obsession with TOlbert in the RZ when all evidence points to Matthews being the better player. maddening.

I can't see the game, but don't understand all the Tolbert looks down there when Matthews playing so well.......

Tolbert has been the most successfull target insie the 20 this year and last. I'm not sure what the problem is.
Successful because of the ample opportunity he's been given. Mathews is clearly the better option here, Norv would want to stick with him more often from here on out.

Opportunity or not, he's getting it done. Anyone of who says otherwise is a Matthews owner. Besides, if you watch the games closely, the DL is selling out to contain Tolbert which is opening things up for Mattews when they are on the field.

I'm concerned about Rivers. I think he has an injury. He is barely getting touched some of these plays and he keeps coming up like he's really injured.

From inside the ten yard line this season, Tolbert has 6 carries for 13 yards and a TD. Mathews has 2 carries for 13 yards and a TD. Tolbert also has a receiving TD while Mathews hasn't been targeted.I don't think Tolbert has necessarily been more efficient.(From inside the five yard line, neither player has a rushing TD. Tolbert has 4 carries for 3 yards, and Mathews has 1 carry for 3 yards.)

I don't think Mathews and Tolbert have ever been on the field together. (I could be wrong.)

He's almost automatic if they get inside the 10 yard line. Hard to not start Bowe for that reason. Very Megatron like in that regard.

How many pass catches does Tolbert have inside the 20?Also, last week he and Tolbert were together quite often, including Mattews TD.

that's the problem...Tolbert isn't at all the most successful target...Matthews has scored every time they've used him down there....they need to stop with the Tolbert crap inside the 10. See his repeated failure to get in from the 1 last week as an example.

That's a little sensational. They absolutely have not scored every time they have used Matthews. Also, last year Tolbert was the most successfull back in the NFL in goal line situations. To reference one bad Tolbert play from the 2 yard line is not a way to build an argument. I'm not saying Matthews is not the way to go. I'm saying that what we had seen going into the second quarter Tolbert has been the most succesfull. If the argument was who looks better it would be a completely seperate argument.

I really don't think they've been on the field together this season. (Tolbert has been used only as a halfback. Hester is the fullback.)Here is Mathews' TD from last week. Tolbert was not on the field.

3rd and 11 near the SD 20 and they run a draw? It's like they don't trust Cassel to do anything....why even play him? that's no way to win a football game.

I'll be shocked if Haley survives this season. he's clearly in way over his head.

Again, :lmao: at the notion that Tolbert opens things up for Mathews.

McCluster looks like Charles light and I foresee similar arguments to last year as to why Jones will get so many more carries. Even though w/ McCluster waying a buck 70 it's justified.

Nice play call on 3rd and 11. No confidence in Cassell. Why not give Bowe a shot at the end zone?

Matthews still running so well...setting up the pass. Then they putting Tolbert in again????

God, stick with the more dynamic playmaker...

the Chiefs are a trainwreck. down ten and just waltzing up to the line....no urgency at all. Haley is an awful awful head coach.

CBS is saying Bowe was injured on that last play. Can you guys take a break from the Matthew/Tolbert crap to report on what happened to Bowe?
