Week 7 Venting Thread (1 Viewer)

Played it safe and started Lynch over Battle but it doesn't f'en matter because my other back Torain isn't in either. :wall:

 
Felt good about having to use Lynch this week with Jahvid Best, Peyton Hillis, and Felix Jones all hurt and Steven Ridley on a bye. Now I'm just waiting to hear bad news about James Starks.

I also have Kenny Britt, Andre Johnson, and Sam Bradford on my team.

 
Playing against Matt Ryan--Atl w/ the ball @ Lions 1 yd line, figure give it to Turner, right? Hell no...QB sneak...

Also against Plaxico. 1st & goal from the 3, of course you throw to Plaxico twice. FML

coaches need to be reemed - this team always ALWAYS sucks right out of the gate and tries to scratch together a working gameplan in the second half.

 
In one league, made a last minute switch from Matt Ryan to Matt Hasselbeck, and am also starting Torain due to byes. Oh yeah, and I didn't start Gates either.

My bench has scored double the points of my starters - with 3 guys on bye. :bag:

ETA: Matt Hasselbeck. I wish I had Schaub!

Started lynch in two leagues, started d williams in 2 (ques return from game thread), f davis in two, winslow in one, m morris in one, torain in one.. Total points between all of them 1 point through one half of football.

 
What the heck happened to Sea WR Doug Baldwin.... 3 targets, 0 catches.

Whitehurst looks bad .... 9 for 21 with 88 yards & 1 INT but 15 min to go.

Lynch - 0D Williams - .5F Davis - 15.5 (came back to be solid)Winslow - 10 ptsTorain - 0M Morris - 5V Jackson - forgot about him - 1.5Rivers and the bolts need to be smacked for the 2 min offense they are displaying.

:goodposting: Sucks as a Titans fan, he sucks and it hurts both my real team and FF team but if I trade him I'll kick myself if he goes off and I'm still delusional enough to believe that he will.
 
Losing to not one, but two deadbeat teams this week. I can handle losing to a worthy opponent. But when you can't beat a team whose manager bailed weeks ago (after you spend so much time thinking about this garbage, trying to make your team as good as it can be) ... those are the kicks in the nads that have me reconsidering this hobby.

Special thanks to Chris Johnson, Santonio Holmes (Burress has more TDs than he has catches?!? Seriously?!?!?), and Vincent Jackson ... you all SUCK! And Earnest Graham's injury just destroyed me

 
McGahee injured in 3rd quarter....Beanie Wells injured in 2nd quarter, missing what likely would've been a TD for him... FML

I hear ya...I'm, gonna lose to the teams that started Stafford and M Bush, after losing Wells and DMC..?

Rivers

VJax

Torain

Graham

Beanie

Mendy

Hightower (not starting this week)

JESUS I hate fantasy football sometimes.

Doug Baldwin - no catches - not one? 0 points? Thanks for the goose egg. Could have started so many better options as my WR3....

 
In my two main leagues...

League #1 rostered RBs

- Felix Jones

- Jahvid Best

- Beanie Wells

- Willis McGahee

League #2 starting RBs

- Darren McFadden

- Earnest Graham

- Maurice Jones-Drew (look out, MJD!)

 
Was bumming up through 3rd quarter of the early games, for the most part. Then, my team comes alive: Tebow, Steve Smith, Megatron, Fred Davis. I had lost McGahee to injury in the late 3rd quarter, but hey, felt pretty good. Then Beanie looks to be running well, And of course I lose him to injury too. To add insult to that injury, AZ scores a 1 yd rushing TD later in that drive. Now I'm watching my lead dwindle to the worst team in our league; the team that got 3 TDs from Plaxico today. Ugh

 
Mendenhall and Fitz have been killing me all season.

Chiefs have 4 TDs, not one to Bowe or Battle.

My opponent's kicker has as many points as Murray does for me.
