I've tried to find the playoff seeding structure, but for whatever reason, can't seem to locate the exact instructions. I know 4 teams make it, with the top H2H winner being the #1 seed and top scorer thru 11 weeks being the #2 seed. Are the remaining #3 & #4 seeds from the H2H finishers?

Establish #1, then proceed down the list.
