Week 10 Waiver Wire (1 Viewer)

shallow leagues Jacoby Ford was likely dropped a lot of places. That highlight TD will put him as the priority for a lot of those leagues. he should be owned in everything

Is it just me or is Ramses Barden intriguing? I know he's low on the pecking order, but my goodness is he a large target.

Jacoby Ford was dropped in all my leagues (by me in most of them). I'll try to get him this week, but think he will go pretty high.

No question. Looks like he is over his injury, and is starting in 2 receiver sets. Heyward Bay layed an egg. Ford went over 100 and a score. Could be primed for a great second half. He is explosive when healthy.

DHB also was likely shadowed by Champ Bailey, no?

Nope. DHB had one target and barely played. Was 5th on the depth chart today.

Why? he was coming off a bye and I didnt hear anything about an injury

DHB was on the sidelines for most of the game.He played a very very limited # of snaps.

I have to wonder what will happen next week. DHB must of been in the dog house for some reason. If he is back as the starter next week I think he could be the best option again for the Raiders.

That's the mystery. Hopefully some news comes out of the postgame interviews.

I mentioned Ford & Moore last week. If they are available pick them up. Also, Santana Moss is 3 weeks into his 5-7 week injury. Danario Alexander has some tasty matchups coming up if he can get his hammy healthy. Chris Ivory is looking like a decent pickup if Ingram misses another week. In leagues of less than 14 teams Ford would be my only recommendation.

if Moore had more than two times as many targets as Ford, why wouldn't he be the one to grab first (before Ford) ?Sincerely,Disappointed DHB owner.

Seems a different guy every week. 4 weeks ago its Moore who is the #1 and a superstar. then 2 weeks ago its DHB who is the main guy and now its Ford. What next week it will be TJ Houz or Murphy. Personalyl think DHB the most talented but its a crapp shoot every week here. Ford is a grab but I cant expect any weekly stability . If DHb is out of the dog house he probally starts again. odd situation.

ya, they are a complete mystery when it comes to wr's and I've completely scratched them off my list. No predictability and no consistency = FF nightmare. Just when you think you can go ahead and start a guy after putting up a few nice games he for no apparent reason is 5th on the depth chart and gets 1 target.

no one really.
:goodposting: Sure, there a few guys you can add, but bye weeks are pretty much a non-issue, and the good teams have their rosters pretty set. I say this having pretty much exhausted my FAAB for the year, but I'm kind of glad I used it when it mattered most.

Laurent Robinson (if Austin is out) and Steve Breaston are probably the only ones that seem appealing; possibly Austin Pettis

Some of these may be avaialable in your league (so save the shallow league digs) -

Laurent Robinson (only real option with Austin reaggravating same hammy)

Chris Ivory - full fleged full house in NO, but Ingram taking a long time to come back - not a lead dog but good offset with Pierre Thomas.

Jacoby Ford - now with a real qb, may be able to utilize his talent

Jason Hill - yes I know it is the Jags - but has chemistry developing with Gabbert

Steve Breaston - while everyone fawns over Bldwin he may be available

Guys I would target this weeka are Laurent Robinson and Helu (if dropped) and if by chance someone dropped Decker ( I doubt it but possible) due to low passes (and straight passes) by tebow hes a WR #2 even with Tebow.

I think Moore is the sneaky pick here barring a DHB reappearance this week. He was blanked in coverage all afternoon and there was a clear attempt to get him the ball.

A guy i might grab who I dont see mentioned and might be on the waiver wire is Early Doucet. he seems to be good for 9-10 points a week . they double Fitz and doucet seems to eb able to handle one on ones. I like him going forward for a WR3 in fantasy. I will be dropping baldwin (KC) for him ( over Ford or Pettis etc . Robinson is already on a roster )

Against NE's secondary, every Giants WR looked intriguing. When Hicks is back, he'll have a hard time getting on the field.

DHB, Ford, and Moore are all gambles at this point. Oakland really seems disorganized. Ford started the season as the #1. He got hurt and DHB was to take that role. DHB got hurt so Moore had that role for a week. DHB returned to health and was the #1 for a few weeks. Davis died. Campbell got hurt. Palmer was signed as the new starting QB. Housh was signed as the slot WR. Ford and Moore were the starting WRs yesterday and no reason was given to DHB's demotion. Honestly, any of the 3 WRs mentioned at the beginning are worth a gamble but relying on any one of them week to week is going to be tough.

Champ Bailey was on Ford a lot. Couldn't keep up with him.

I didn't think my WW suggestion from last week would be so prophetic but I now think Robinson now is a must grab if you need help at WR since Austin is now reportedly out 2-4 weeks. As I mentioned I liked thought he was going to breakout when he was with the Rams and I think he is a talented receiver on a pretty good passing team.

I could envision Titus Young and Brandon Lafell becoming starters this week after their teams' respective bye weeks...

With Salas going down and DX being hurt, I would grab Clayton and stash him. He may be active this week. Rams schedule is getting better.

Normally, I'd agree. But I put more stock into this one week than any other because it was Palmer's first game. He took a liking to Ford and Moore. Well worth a roll of the dice, especially with how bare waiver wires look.

According to rotoworld he only played 12 snaps

It's likely Clayton will be placed on the IR this week. Alexander is the guy to get.
Hard to trust Alexander to stay healthy. Austin Pettis is a nice pickup in PPR leagues. Bradford loves throwing to the slot receiver. Damian Williams is worth a look. Back-to-back solid games after his concussion. Earl Bennett's getting some looks tonight too and might be WR3-worthy in PPR leagues.

that's what I thought was gonna happen, but you would think a guy named Bulger2Holt would know something about the Rams?last I heard he was still in a walking boot and a ways away
