Was his beast of a game due to the replacement LT, or is this a sign of things to come? I am really hurting in the IDP department and am pulling at straws here. He looked straight nasty, but I haven't paid much attention to the OAK LB corps.

Not discounting what Wimbley did last night but in addition to the loss of the LT they also SD had several other injuries to the O-line during the game that probably wreaked havoc with their pass protection. I would just temper expectations is all.

yeah, that's what I kinda figured as well. Oh well, the waiver search continues, lol
