Week 10 Venting Thread (1 Viewer)

My team is horrible. I should have started E Bennett over Damian Williams. Plus starting a CLE RB is never a good thing, even against STL. My team sucks! :mad:

 
So my opponent in 1 league started Schaub over Newton and I was thinking wow what an idiot...then 1 play later

Last Play: 1-10-HOU 20(15:00) M.Schaub pass deep right to J.Jones for 80 yards, TOUCHDOWN.

 
Started:

Bowe = 2/17/0

Maclin = 2/6/0

Bench:

AJ Green = 1/36/1

Colston = 7/100/0

I've started the best two exactly 0 times all year

That SOB Shanahan. In a must win this week and had to start Helu and thus far, they are gibing that bum Torrain all the carries. As long as I live, I will never have another Shanahan coached player on my roster.

 
So far my starters (Tebow, Chris Johnson, Shady McCoy, Fred Jackson, Bowe, Vincent Jackson) have combined for 21 points. Tony Romo, on my bench, has scored 27.5.

 
Started VJax over Marshall and Damian Williams

Traded Laurent and Reggie Bush in a deal for Steve Smith

FJax down at the one, Nelson gets the TD

Oh and Murray is down now

Left Michael Bush on the bench...

...my RBs this week are Murray, McCoy, and Rice. I'm not very happy with McCoy so far.

My opponent has Brees, Graham, and Kasay.

I deserve it, but my QB's of Freeman and Bradford make me want to kill myself every week. The Bucs are absolutely terrible on offense.

I'm with you, Fitzpatrick and Cutler here. Unless one of them is playing Indy I can count on about 3 guaranteed points from the QB hole
 
Kept Gore in lineup when I hear he was going to play. Sat M. Bush instead. :rant:

Put in Witten instead of Fitz when everyone said sit him against Philly. :hot:

Benched CJ2k because he burned me too many times. :rant:

Still have a chance to win this week. :thumbup:

 
MFL Game Day told me my starting QB today should have been Kerry Collins (over Curtis Painter) :mellow:

 
I'm willing to accept that Vick has his bad games. I'm used to it. But you start Hakeem Nicks and Julio Jones and you would think you're going to get a decent day out of your WRs. At least from one of them. I'm having one of those seasons where I'm the favorite to win every week, yet I continue losing. Looking like I'll be 4-6 after this week.

I know that feel. Started VJax and Steve Smith at WR over Marshall (and Damian Williams). Got me 11 points, while Marshall got 16 and Williams 21.
 
The Raiders of old are choir boys compared to the Lions of today, including Matt Stafford, who needs to learn how to lose like an adult

 
Stafford and the Lions D just cost me the week, the division, at least $70, and the week 14 bye week. What a joke, how can I trust this team going forward when their points vary this much.

 
Cam Cameron or whoever decided to ignore Ray Rice in the offensive game plan should be fired. Flacco is an average QB on a good day and only seems to be mildly effective when the running game is scaring the defense. It shouldn't cost me a game, but he definitely cost the Ravens. How he still has a job is beyond me.

 
My opponent this week is trying to give me a win (Rivers/VJax/Tolbert/Stevie Johnson), but his kicker (Kasay) is keeping him in it since my team took a crap so far (McGahee/Steve Smith/Novak/Megatron). Need to overcome a 10 point deficit w/ my Brady/Hernandez against his Gronk/Packers DST. It shouldn't be this damn tight. Ugh

 
Well it seems as if my team is falling apart - Terrible performance from Vick again. Fred Jackson didn't perform well. Still down a RB. Julio Jones gets hurt again. If I had started Tebow I would've won the game, I also would've won if I picked up Gould. Tebow's going to be my starter now since he doesn't turn the ball over. Hopefully DMC comes back next week as he would be a nice boost. 1-3 in the last 4 games and went from undefeated and a lock in the playoffs to being dangerously close to being lost in the shuffle. I should be able to win the next two weeks though but then again that's what I thought for the 3 losses I have.

Oh, & this marks the 6th consecutive week I've either lost a starter to injury in the 1st half (McGahee this week) or lost multiple starters in-game (last week: Nate Washington/Beanie/Greene)

Scoot over dude. I will shar emy pop corn and we can watch the rest of the season from the peanut gallery. :) I am having one of those seasons where I am, on paper, favored, but each and every single week (no exageration, REALLY), I run into the guy that has his career (most of them the type that has done nothing before that game and nothing since) and/or I just get hit with injuries.

It is borderline unexplainable at this point how this has hit me this year.

A few more weeks and it will all be over and I can lie to myself and others and say I am not playing next year.

 
Lynch, D-Moore and Dickson on my bench (91 pts) my entire team 50 pts so far.

Lynch is the devis I swear it I started him in his games where he scored 8, 0 and 8 pts while I sat him in his 14, 21, 21 and today's 27 point outing.

Never take an NFC East Team hosting an NFC West team in a survivor pool, no matter if they are a double digit favorite. First the Seahwaks over the Giants, now the Cards over the Eagles.

Been trailing the whole day...getting a decent game from Brady so far tonight, but of course he's throwing to my opponent's Gronk (2 TDs so far) instead of my Hernandez. After such a nice start to the year, gonna fall to 6-4 in the toughest 4 team division by far of my league. Playoffs are in doubt...FML

 
Somehow started daniels over gronk, benched Robinson and Lloyd in one league...down 15 and their difference in points would have me near a tie. Also my buddy who is a 1st year player is crapping on me in another league. Looked like I was going 3-0 earlier today....

 
Every coin flip lineup decision I made was wrong in both leagues. Lost to a 0-9 team.....0 and freaking 9. So glad this is a hobby and not a livelihood.

 
Roddy White blows. That is all. Started Romo and Murray and didn't want to put too many Cowboys eggs in one basket, so started White instead. Yeah, that sucks...
