Colts vs. Texans (1 Viewer)

Didn't see a thread. On the Colts first play, there was a sack and a fumble, and two plays later, it's Houston 7-0 as Foster runs it in.

Playing against Foster in a league still left...Knocked out already in my 2 leagues with Foster

Texans may be playing with a real chip on their shoulders. Wanting to get the taste of last week's loss out of their mouths. O-line hasn't played theier best since the bye so has something to prove. This is their only primetime game this season. Years of beat downs by Indy. And then on top of it, the fan Pro Bowl voting had a lot of snubs for the Texans. ESPN blog had posted players from the AFC South who made the top five at their position. No Chris Myers, no Johnathan Joseph. Joseph has arguably been the second best CB behind Revis in the whole league, and Myers has been the top rated center by groups like Football Outsiders who rate performance on each play.

Nice play by Mathis, then nice hold by the Texans and pushing them out of FG range. Also liked keeping the defense in on 4th down against a fake.

Caldwell beat by Jamaal Anderson who drops Foster for a loss. Caldwell is in for Brisiel who had surgery recently.

At this rate, the Colts are going to have run the ball 100 times to break the century mark in rushing yards.

That's the kind of pass that worries me about Yates. He is kind of fearless about throwing it to a guy who has some tight coverage. And does it again as I'm typing this though that time it was complete.

Foster breaks a tackle at the line and then takes it 28 yards. Nice blocking by the line, only the one guy had a shot at him and then he was gone.

I instruct my QB on 3rd dwon to wait for the defender to come close and then I have him dip his helmet into the defender and move the chains 15 yards.

Watt has had 3 sacks in the last 4 games wiped away, by that call, and twice more when he was blocked down into a QB's legs while making the tackle.

Yates had Dreessen right away on that play but didn't see him, and then the defender found him and closed.
