12 Team PPR/IDP League 1 qb, 2 rb, 3 WR, 1 Flex,

I have been trying to come up with an offer good enough to get Ray Rice. The owner who has him is in a re-building phase, even if he doesn't want to admit it. His only good back is Rice, his others are Marion Barber, Ricki Williams, Bernard Scott, Mo Morris. He is hurting. His WR's are ok, Miles Austin, Victor Cruz, Titus Young, Laurent Robinson, Danny Amendola, Earl Bennett, and Early Doucet and other scrubs. He's got 3-4 average TE's. So he needs help at all positions.

I was going to offer Mike Wallace, Daniel Thomas, and Mark Ingram for Ray Rice. Does this seem fair, too little, or too much??? He is a little stubborn when it comes to Rice, but I think that is a fair offer.

My other RB's are J. Charles, R. Mathews, J. Best, M. Ingram, D. Thomas, Shane Vereen. I want to hold J. Charles and R. Mathews, the others are available.
My other WR's are Wes Welker, Dez Bryant, Mike Wallace, Julio Jones, and Kenny Britt, Mike Williams Tampa, Golden Tate.
I also have Finley as my starting TE, and jared cook and Dallas Clark

I thought the combo of Wallace, D. Thomas and Mark Ingram for Rice seems fair. He gets 2 young RB's and 1 stud WR, and I will probably throw in Donald Butler who is a decent LB to sweeten the deal. What do you guys think. Is there a different offer you would propose first. If so I would love to hear it. Thanks

Your offer is a good place to start, but don't be surprised if he wants more. Rice is thought by some to be the top dynasty RB

Wallace is nice but Thomas and Ingram don't come close to making up the difference. I'd reject immediately.
