Havent heard to much about his recovery most people seem to think his injury is not a good or easy one to recover from, was hoping 2.4 would get it done.
that sounds about right to me...

as a ryan owner who sat on him all last season, and I firmly believe will be better then beanie anyway. I wouldn't move him for less then a late 1st.

Pre injury you are probably correct but will williams be the same after this type of injury.Willnthe questions keep his value as a 1st or 2nd rd pick?

Williams was overvalued after he was drafted and is still being overvalued post injury. My view is a little slanted as I didn't think he would unseat Beanie before he got hurt. Wait until after this season, then you will be able to acquire your back up at a fair value. With beanie on my roster thinking I should hedge my bets and try to trade for Williams, what would you all consider fair value.

2.02, DHB
for
Ryan Williams, Leonard Hankerson, 2.10
Other team wouldn't give up Williams for the 2.02 straight up, which I'd offered. I don't have Wells but loved Williams before the injury, and still think he has a good shot at being the guy in Zona within a year or two. Willing to take the risk on him and hold until he's healthy. From everything I hear it's going well.

People who have him thought too much of him before and can't stomach the thought of dealing him at a discount. So, its not that the true consensus is that he's worth it; its just that it seems that way when you read about it, it seems that way because the only people posting about it are the people trying to salvage him. The rest of the people don't care enough to post.
Williams owners think they are holding or buying low when in fact they should be selling high because its much more likely Wells will either firmly establish himself with a second strong year OR, Williams has a relapse and the Cardinals decide to move on from him in next year's draft.

Guys that spent an early - mid 1st last year and had the ability to hold him thru a non-productive season will not give up on him. Maybe you get him for a late 1st; I doubt a 2nd will do it.
This would be my take as well.

You probably would draft any of these guys ahead of Williams, but it all depends on which NFL team drafts them:
Trent Richardson
Doug Martin
David Wilson
Lamar Miller
Chris Polk
Isaiah Pead
LaMichael James
