Graham 99 catches to Gronk 90
Patriots add Brandon Lloyd, A. Hernandez healthy
Saints lose Meachem, Nick Toon learning curve.
Earlier bye week for the Saints
Sean Payton - I don't think there will be any drastic changes to the offense without Payton. New OC in NE may change things up a bit.
Both players will be very safe and should provide an big advantage vs. the field.

I would have taken Graham too.1.09 - was torn between Drew Brees, Jimmy Graham, and Rob Gronkowski. The point seperation between TE1-2 and the field is amplified due to the scoring system. I hate to pass on Brees, but post draft I feel there is a clearer QB picture and I get good value later than is previous drafts this year. With Gronk vs Graham, I think both will be great. Reasons I went Graham:
Graham 99 catches to Gronk 90

Seriously considered going with another WR with my 2nd pick, but thought i'd take a chance on ADP instead. If he's doing as well in his rehab as reports indicate & he's in the starting line-up week 1, then getting him at 2.02 should be a steal.

Pretty much a no brainer
2.16 Brandon Marshall WR CHI
One of the last guys I'd want as my #1. I'm optimistic he can
Approach those 100 catch seasons he had with Cutler the last time they were together.
3.01 Jermichael Finley TE GBP.
Maybe a slight reach but that's what you have to do sometimes picking at the ends. Finley was a bit underwhelming last season, but I see a huge dropoff between him and the next tier.

You can blame Bloom. If he hadn't taken Davis, T-Rich would probably have been available to you.

Not really; if he hadn't taken Davis there I would have at the next pick.

Knew I was going to take a QB on the turn to avoid getting caught on the tail end of a possible QB run. I had several rated about the same, but went with Rivers because I think he's more durable than one of the guys I was considering & doesn't have a bye week conflict with any of my other 3 starters.

not seeing much of a drop off from my newton/gates combo to your rivers/pettigrew on the next turn

Thanks. I'd like to say its part of some great master plan, but the WR/RB run in the previous 18 picks didn't leave any good value on the board in those positions.love that turn dillo

4.16 Jay Cutler QB CHI 6
Obviously needed to add a QB at this turn and ALMOST was able to grab Romo here. Rene grabbed him 2 picks prior and ruined my day. I like Cutler fine, but he shares a bye with Marshall so I looked down the list and the next guy shares a bye with my RB1
5.01 Antonio Brown WR PIT 4
WR and maybe RB was definitely the pick here. Being afraid of what would be available in 30 picks at WR plus my relatively weak WR1 pointed me in that direction. I was hoping Harvin would make it here but I'm very happy with Brown.

I liked a few other WRs more than Heyward-Bey, but they all had the same bye week as the only WR on my squad. This will probably be the earliest he gets drafted in the SSLs, but I like the progress he showed last year.
Seems like I was on the tail end of the tier for RB & WR this time.

The only thing worse than Duke sniping CJ Spiller from me was the PM ahead of time so that I had to type it in myself. My short list was destroyed with the previous 3 picks.
sorry about that....had 2 snipped from me as well..... wells, ingram
QB...Eli (11)
RB...Forte(6), Spiller(8)
WR...Boldin(5), Smith(Car)(6)
TE...Gronk (9)
shaping up ok I guess, no major bye week issues, although not sure I like the Eli week 11 bye, but as they say you got to make that far before it's a problem.

M Lynch (11), D Murray (5)
K Britt (11), B Lloyd (9)
B Celek (7)
After the PDSL disaster, things aren't looking too bad. I went Brady over a TE just because they don't dry up near as fast as QBs. Lynch and Murray, meh, but man RB is just a crapshoot right now. I was a nonbeliever in Britt last year, and boy was I wrong. If he is half as good as he showed in those first two games, watch out. Do QB-WR connections ever work in these things?

Nice job scooping up the value. Calvin, Nicks, and Charles were all first round talent last year. Even with this year's preception it looks like you got a 1st (CJ), 3 2nds (Charles, VD, Nicks) and 2 3rd/4th turn picks (Ben/DW).

It's been a very nice draft, but I don't see Owen Daniels as a 2nd rounder.

Really happy with these rbs. That bush fjax turner spiller tier is a great value. Anxious to see what turner does without predictable mularkey and some oline help.

Adding Holmes makes for a pretty strong core, with none of my top 7 having the same bye week. I thought Nicks and DWill were good value for where I got them, rest were about right for how the draft has fallen.
Fill some holes, get some depth, should be a fairly strong team.

Apparently I have vastly overestimated the QB2 run happening here that took place in the 6th and 7th in both the WSLs and PDSLs...
I think the 8th round is the magic QB run round - post draft there is normally a little less uncertainty and people don't panic quite as much. The WR run has been interesting as everyone continues to fill out their starting lineup.

The lack of a QB run earlier suprised me also. It sucked to see all the WRs flying off the board, but all I could do was follow suit or be left with worse than what I have at the position already. Based on my WR2 & WR3, I expect to have the worst WR group in the league.

Notes:
- If you went on the clock in the period leading into the 12am down time, but made the pick during the down time, I counted the time from when you went on the clock until 12am. Ex. On the clock at 9:30pm. Pick made at 2am. Time till pick was made = 2 hours & 30 minutes.
- If your turn came up during the downtime, & you made the pick before the clock started the next day, I counted zero minutes on the clock.
- If the person drafting before you made their pick during the 12am - 8am down time, and you made your pick after the clock started again at 8am, I counted the time from 8am until the time you made your pick.
- If you sent your next pick to someone else to be posted, I counted zero minutes on the clock.
- If you were on the corner like Valence & Wood, I only counted the time till your first pick.

With ADP possibly not being 100% to start the season, Gerhardt was almost a must have for my team & I didn't think he would make it back to me on the 11/12 turn.
10.02 - Ed Dickson - wanted to secure a good option at TE2. Almost went w/ another TE, but Ed seems to be hitting his stride in the Ravens offense.

Strengths are QB TE RB I really like the texans D this year also. Not sure what to expect out of this WR crew though. Need colston to stay healthy, wayne to make a quick connection with luck, titus young to continue growing and one of morgan/hankerson to be WR2 for RG3. QBs throwing to my WRs Brees, Luck, RG3, Stafford. Thats a plus right? Took a flyer on cunningham since there's not much competition in Miami.
