(CNN) - Twenty-nine people were hurt Friday in a pileup involving dozens of vehicles on an interstate highway on Florida's Gulf Coast, police said. The accident involved 30 to 50 vehicles in the southbound lanes of I-75 on the Manatee/Sarasota county line, said Wendy Rose of the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office. There were no immediate reports of fatalities, Rose said. The Sarasota County Fire Department said that 29 people were taken to hospitals.
Nice for a change to see there was no one killed.

Reminds me of the 161 car pileup about 18 years ago in Mobile. Only 1 death.

Come on its Sarasota you damn well there was a 90 year old in the left lane doing 40MPH. Thats the only reason there were no fatalities.
