Nope, not a thread asking for trade advice. This trade just happened in one of my leagues. I've never protested a trade in all my years of playing FF, but this seems very fishy to me.

Rice has sucked this year, and so has the Raven offense. Powell has been performing as a RB1. Ignore the name/history.

I have both of these guys and honestly, this is a pretty fair deal. If you haven't been watching, Powell has looked pretty good this year and Rice is struggling along with the whole BA offense.
