Week 6 injury thread (1 Viewer)

Levi Brown injured in warmups and not expected to play. The Steelers will be even shorter on the OL than usual.

Jones and Cobb both could have serious injuries. Nelson stock skyrockets obviously, but I guess Boykin has to be the guy to fill in?

I'm not comfortable with Nelson against double coverage. Boykin has dropped everything so far.

Packers season is basically over if both of them are out for season
Yea, for sure. It's not like they've had 100-yard rushers the last three games and a defense that held the defending Super Bowl Champions to 0 points through two quarters. Or the fact that Brady won three Super Bowls with no-name receivers.

But yea, their season is totally over. Go home; you're drunk.

II saw that he has 5 targets - were they catchable?
Yea, they were. And on the two that weren't catchable, he ran the wrong route. Awful.

Jones would have been 5/5 there and they'd probably have another 7-14 points.

Packers are down to 2 WR on their roster, plus 1 from the practice squad. But sure, thats enough.

And no Charles Johnson on practice squad, depending on the severity of both injuries.
Actually, he was just signed yesterday by the Browns.
Exactly what I was saying. I know he was signed by the Browns from the practice squad. Thus, "no Charles Johnson on practice squad" - so if both injuries are bad, they are REALLY short on WR help, when they otherwise might have had an option sitting there, if he hadn't been signed.

I guess I could have been a little more clear...but it's exactly what I said.

And it's not horribly relevant, but hey - every league size is different, and someone may have a stash. Demps limped off after a catch in TB - looks like something with his leg before he even got contacted.
