If the 49ers Don't Win the Super Bowl...

Very false.

2000-04 Eagles won at least 11 per yr & lost 3 conf champs & a SB.

From 78-82 Cowboys lost avg of 4 games per yr, and lost 1 SB & 3 conf championships.

Raiders lost 24 games from 67 thru 75 without winning SB.

I'd say 49er fans are quite happy with the stretch compared to the last decade. People have in their minds that the SB is the only important thing, but it's not.

Every single one of those teams would kill to be that good again.

 
Back to back great posts. As a niners fan, I'm loving that the team is relevant again.

I would much rather prefer Super Bowl and NFC championship appearances then missing the playoffs for 8 straight years.

 
Even the Jets went to back-to-back conference championships just 5 years ago...I think the 9ers should be labeled a "very good team", but I would not accuse them of underachieving at this point...I also don't think they will be particularly successful (doubt they go over 10 wins).

I hear you, but at this point it isn't the winning that is sticking with me... My memories of the last 3 years:

Kyle Williams fumble 2012

Kaep incomplete to Crabtree 2013

Kaep intercepted throwing to Crabtree 2014

And like the bills, the Vikings have no super bowl wins at all :-(I'd love to be a San Francisco, Dallas, or raider fan...

I hope they keep losing. San Fran fans are complete a-holes. If they were to win a Super Bowl, they would become completely unbearable.

Def not... Not even close in comparison to Seahawk fans either.

Watch how annoying they are once the season nears.
