I temporarily pulled Jarvis Landry from the PPR poll, and if there is still enough interest in continuing with these polls, then I will add him back in for the Rookie 2.06 poll.

I guess in really deep dynasty leagues I can understand having Allen Robinson this high, but in shallower leagues I don't think you can justify taking him ahead of the likes of Sims, White, Williams, etc. He is in a terrible situation, is extremely raw and has already suffered setbacks. In my 19 player roster league, I have him in the category of "intriguing prospect, but somewhat undraftable given how long I would have to hold and wait to see if he will ever produce". If I drafted him, more than likely I would end up cutting him at some point during the season due to injuries, bye weeks, and waiver prospects.

That is why the principle of "know your league" is so very important. The majority of dynasty leagues that I have come across have roster sizes larger than 19 players, so you can "stash and develop" a player like Allen Robinson, whereas in Shanahanigans' league, your rookies need to produce quickly, otherwise they are taking up a valuable roster spot.
