Hey gang.  In the spirit of civic duty and voter fraud, I present you with a very important opportunity to help a friend of mine win something meaningful.  Tailgate of the year.  

We've done this kind of thing around here, and I realize the more complex the voting process, the fewer votes we get from around here.  But I ask on this election Tuesday that you take the 3-4 minutes out of your time to complete the simple (but more than one step) process outlined below.  

I promised my friend the voting power of FBGs, I've talked a big game.  Can we back it up?

Friends of Idiot Boxer, My name is Mike Davis. In '89-'90 I served as Yosef, The Mountaineer mascot at Appalachian State. We're a small school in the mountains of NC (17K students). You may have heard of us after our game against Michigan in 2005 (if you're a Wolverine fan, no hard feelings…and don't worry…for some reason we've agreed to come back in '14…pretty sure we'll be 1-1 after that trip).

My tailgate group is in the running for ASU 2012 Tailgate of the Year. We are a virtual David against a Goliath with apparently unlimited disposable income and 5 billion friends on The Facebooks. We're currently getting hammered in the polls. If you could take two minutes and vote for us we would really appreciate the support…if you have time to spam some of your friends and family for support that would be great, too.
