Rules only state simultaneous possession. There is no mention of "majority possession". What's the cutoff? 49/51? 60/40? 90/10?

There is a great idea out there right now and it is gaining momentum.  Let's fight fire with fire.  Let's assume the fraudulent signatures prevail and there is a recall election.  So there has to be a primary election and Kathleen Falk has her hat in the ring.  Barrett, Erpenbach, and others have shown interest as well.  Let's say there are three or four dems (the more the merrier) in the primary.  What's to stop guys like me to show up and write-in Scott Walker's name?  I'll bet there are more than a half million willing to do it and that should be all it would take.
