Driver's track record against Detroit is sick, I'd look at him this week as an option...

Bennett could be facing some horrible weather conditions.  Pats secondary is bad.

Marshall put up 10/166/1 against the Jets earlier this year, just saying

It's playoff time, go big or go home.

If you really want Bennett, then drop Moss for his week.

In Topic: Tom Brady

Picked up Brady this offseason.  I traded Ben Roethlisberger(pre-rape)/Roddy White for Brady.  The other owner needed a WR, and he was way down on Brady after the Brady playoff game.

I quickly replaced Roddy with Fitz.  I had the Carolina backs and traded them for Fitz, peace of mind deal knowing I had good young backs already.  I finished the season last year with Cutler, and couldn't play him during the playoff weeks.  He was gone in my mind week 13 last year, couldn't trust him.

Brady should be at worst if he plays all 16 games, around the 10th QB with a high ceiling.

I'm rolling with this team in a 12 team PPR, keep 6 format.

Tom Brady
Rashard Mendenhall
Beanie Wells
Andre Johnson
Larry Fitzgerald
Reggie Wayne

In Topic: How to get teams not to throw games at the end of the season?

28 June 2010 - 11:26 AM

In a couple of my league, we have specific rules about setting lineups, etc whicj involves fines.  Playing in a solid league is a privilege, need a strong commish to keep things on the up and up or replace owners.

In a league I commish, we do 8 teams in the playoffs...not very popular(granted) but we get teams playing all the way through 13 weeks(14 games)...no tanking issues in this format.   Division winners (3) are given a good chunk of money to account for losing out on a potential bye week.  We also do a 4 team toilet bowl (11 vs. 12) and (9 vs. 10) ...winner plays for #1 overall.

works great
