PPR dynasty, drafted just before the season.  I went into the season punting RB and playing for 2013, so I have a ton of young talent and no RBs.  I anticipate getting one of the top 3 rookie picks and acquiring a RB in the draft.  Interesting trade just got sent to me, though.  6pts all TDs, and I can start 1QB/1RB/2WR/1TE/2 flex (RB/WR/TE).

PPR league, start 1 QB/2 RB/2 WR/1 RB-WR-TE flex/1 TE.

$100 auction cap, and we can keep 1 player for what we paid for him last year.  Do I keep Mathews for $8 or Gronkowski for $1?

This is going to sound like a thinly-veiled "look at me!!!!", but I need some investment advice.  I have recently come into some money, and need a reasonable, low fee, and low maintenance strategy to invest this amount for the long haul.  Assume it's somewhere in the neighborhood of $100k immediately, with a $60k annuity received every June for the rest of my life.  I'm in my mid-30s and am looking at a 20-30 year horizon.  Married, one child (just turned one), with another due in September.  Wife just quit her job in August 2011 to stays at home with the kid.  

My house and cars are paid off, and we just have essentially revolving debt on credit cards that we pay off monthly.  I contribute the maximum allowable by the IRS to my 401k (with a crappy company match), and put the max into both my and my wife's IRA every year.  My AGI is high enough that I don't get a deduction for it (close to 180k last year, should go down this year a fair bit as my wife will be unemployed all year) but at least it grows tax-free.  So, what would you do with this money?  I'm not looking for super-risky, but I am willing to take on some risk.  Buy a business?  Invest in the stock market?  Real estate? Munis?  Hit me with your thoughts.
