I wasn't holding out hope for this, but the trailer looks legit.  Way better than WWZ.  Wondering if they'll do Speaker for the Dead after this?  That wouldn't be the type of story that lends itself well to the whiz-bang SFX treatment on display in this trailer.

they are awful but can usually be made to go away for 50-100k (fudge up or down depending on the size of your company).  consider looking into defensive patent aggregation, which is another, more palatable, type of shakedown racket that can (maybe) help protect you.  patent defense insurance is another option, but it's like earthquake or flood coverage, in that it's expensive and doesn't cover what you want it to when there's a claim.
