I'm in a league that doesn't distinguish between RB & WR. We start 5 flexbacks (any combo of RB/WR) and there is no roster requirement for the individual positions. I can work with the settings in DD so WRs & RBs have the same VBD baseline, but I'm not sure how to set up the positional requirements so I get realistic mock draft results. When I use the flex position in DD, teams take way too many TEs. If I set RBs and WRs to the maximum # of flexbacks, teams can take too many of them. If I split out the limit of flexbacks into a max WR and a max RB, I'm imposing a limit that doesn't exist in our league. Is there a way to set this to a max # of RBs/WRs?

Try this: let's suppose there are 12 teams in your league. 12 teams x 5 flex players = 60 total at RB & WR. Count the top 60 projected scorers among your RBs & WRs. Say it breaks down at 25 RBs & 35 WRs: go to the VBD Baseline tab in DD under Setup. Click "user configurable by position rank" & enter the number of each starter required (one QB per team would = 12 next to QB). For RBs & WRs, enter 25 & 35 (per the above example).

You can run the DD to get your projected points based on your league's scoring without having your baselines set correctly. It'll still give you projected points sorted by position. Then just count back & forth from among RBs & WRs as I stated above until you get enough to fill all of the flex spots (60, in my example).

Hope this helps.
