Ok its not actually the mock draft thats messed up. It's something with the position rank in the VBD baseline in the set up options. When I choose position rank. I set my RB's at 54 but when I go to the main program it has the RB with a VBD of 0 is like the 230th RB (not the 54th).

I'll look into this...

This is working ok on mine. I set the RB Position Rank VBD Baseline to 54... and then looked at the Player Pool RB Tab... and RB #54's VBD value is 0.

I tried all of the other positions as well, and they are working fine too.

What are you seeing on your end?

The one part I don't understand in your questions is that you said the 230th RB's value was zero. Where are you getting 230 Running backs? The standard DD projections only list 108 Running Backs.

Ok now my VBD baseline values are working, but I have another problem. Everytime I run a mock draft it drafts 106 RB's. No matter what VBD baseline is selected it always drafts a ridiculous amount of RB's, actually 106 to be exact everytime.

Tighten up you Roster Spots for each position.

Even if I tighten up my roster spots it drafts the max amount at RB everytime. So if I put 6 roster spots for 10 team league it drafts 60, if i put 7 roster spots it drafts 70. This is the only position that gets maxed out whether I use Joe's formula or my own VBD baseline of 54 RB's. If I use my own VBD baseline of 54, shouldn't it mock draft approximately that amount and then find more value elsewhere?
Bruce Henderson
No... I think RBs are still going to be a better value than your other positions, even with a baseline at 54.

The baseline isn't how many will be drafted at a given position. It is a measuring stick to compare unlike positions. For example comparing RBs to WRs...
