Maybe this has already been addressed but I can't seem to find it.

How do you combine DL and LB in DD and if you can combine them how do you keep them together with each update as my draft isn't until August.

There is not really a good way to combine them, if you don't want future updates to undo it...

The easiest way is to go to the projection tabs on VBD Excel Spreadsheet. Essentially just highlight all of the names and projections from the DL tab cut them and then paste them to the bottom of the LB tab. Then do an File - Import - VBD Spreadsheet into the DD. They will get wiped out with each update... so you will want to wait until the week before the draft to do this. However, you can practice in the meantime to make sure it works though and that you don't run into any problems.
