Dynasty league, rookie draft has already taken place, vet draft coming up. How do I add the rookies already picked without making them as draft picks for the teams?

Anyone? I tried going through and right clicking in the player pool and adding them to the teams, but that also constitutes as a draft pick.

Add the Rookies to the Keeper List with Round=0 and Pick=0
