Can you change the Auction values to accomodate our leagues set dollar amount? We don't do an auction, rather, we use a predetermined value for each player.
I'd like to key these in prior to the draft so it will autmatically use our values rather than those the DD creates.
(And yes, I know I can manually change the amount before I submit each pick, I just want it to do it automatically).
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Add your auction values to Note3 (either right click on the player pool, or through Setup - Projections. Setup Projections is a little quicker. You could also add them to the VBD spreadsheet and then import it to.)
If you put your action values in Note3, then they will automatically fill in for you when you select the player.

But is there a way that DD can recommend a salaried player based on the predetermined player salary? e.g. Can DD determine the best roster based on the available player pool, roster requirements, and salary (auction) values? So, if you HAD to have LT and spent 60 of your 100 dollars, what is the best remaining roster that you could create?

The DD won't do this automatically. You will have to piece teams together manually, and then check the Team Strengths window to see how strong it is. Then try another combination.
