Last weekend, I had 2 drafts where I used Draft Dominator. It was a very good app, but like all applicaitons, there are a few things that I was able to see improvements.
1. When entering in draft order, one of the draft order selections should be random every odd numbered round. Then we should only have to enter in the draft for the odd rounds and the even rounds take the reverse format. This would cut the setup time in half if not less.
2. On keepers, if the draft pick keeper round/pick does not correspond to the proper team on the setup of the league, there should be some notification given. I found that on more than one occasion, I fell prey to entering in the information incorrectly.
3. On the team pull down, the entire listing of teams (at least up to 12) should be listed. Having to scroll slows down the process and due to inadvertant misclicks that can happen during 12 hours of fantasy drafting, can cause some bad things to occur.
4. Kickers should never show up as the best value pick. I found that by taking the kickers from the starting lineup that they no longer appeared there. Considering how easy that work-around is, I don't know that this is worth any effort.
5. When changing tabs, I found that it got annoying after a while that the scroll bar would be down towards the middle of bottom on the tab. When changing tabs (and I'm talking about the player positions), I would prefer the scroll bar to default at the top where the best projected players are. Minor inconvenience, but still something worth looking at.
6. Either a new draft window or modifty the existing selection window. It would be nice to know what team picks next, which is in the hole, and how many picks till I select again.
7. One thing that I've seen on other tools is a pick analyzer that takes all the teams that select between the current pick and your pick and based on needs, gives a general guess on who will take what players That way if I'm looking for a diamond player, I can know at a glance who I expect to be off the board. This is more a novelty request (as is #8), but you already analyze the position needs, this would most likely be the next step.
8. A really cool feature would be to have a post draft team analysis. One that takes all the existing rosters and compares VBD points and reports out what teams best dominated in the draft. Could be subdivided down into positions, etc.
As I stated, I love the product as is, but if these things could be added in, it would be amazing for me.

Fantastic find, thanks.

The DD does a serpentine draft by default. If you enter the teams in the order they are drafting, the proper serpentine draft is set up for you automatically. Using this approach, the only time you should ever have to go to the Pick Order page is if there are trades of draft picks between owners after the draft order is set.
One minor nit I would like to add is that it would be nice to be able to take an existing set of team names and be able to assign them draft positions rather than having them assumed from their order in the list. Perhaps just an extra column on the team names page that lists the draft position as a number and lets you change it. As it stands now, if you want to change the draft order, you have to reenter all the team names and shuffle them around by hand.

That is true if you have a true serpentine draft. I've never really been in many that are serpentine. Almost ever draft I've been in is rounds 1 and 2 are serpentine, then a new draft order for 3 which is serpentined in round 4, etc.
Now, it may just be that I'm in some weird leagues, but that draft technique seems to be the standard around here.

I agree with all the points that pokes made. The dominator is a wonderful tool for draft day, but with the modifications pokes recommended, it would be even better.

Small addition, but I extract INI file information (using custom scripts) to post draft board information to a web site during the draft. It would be nice if DD automatically saved the league after every change instead of having it do it manually.
