Suppose you are playing in a [DYNASTY] league that only rewards points for IDP in the following manner:
6pts for a Sack;
8pts for an Interception.
Based sorely on talent (obviously not knowing where these rookies will end up) - who would you target in a rookie draft - for the long run?
Obvisouly, Super Mario is interesting... but, as expected, he will come at a premium (1st round rookie pick)... would it be better to look for a sleeper later on?

Outside of Mario, who IMO doesn't really matter too much where he goes, I like Huff because of his versatility, but without knowing what type of scheme, this is tough.
Without the tackle numbers added, I went with Mario!
Add +2 pt per Solo Tackle and +1p per Assist Tackle (and any bonuses you want to add for 5+ tackles).... I'd go A J Hawk.
