Is he normally bad in the spring?

1-25 for a guy with his speed and his ability to put bat on ball is simply mind blowing.

It probably means he is due for a 30 for 60 stretch at the perfect time!

Remember when he first came over and he couldn't hit a lick during spring training? He basicaly played possum for the entire month of March.

I wouldn't read into this much.

FWIW, the "hit" he got was a dribbler to 2nd base that he beat out.
