hmm, i dont know who they are gonna dominate, but ill go with garko i guess.
Garko should hit 5-10 more HRs but CoJack will outproduce him in AVG, R & RBI
Garko seems like the safer play to me. For offensive stats, it helps that Cleveland's lineup should produce better than Arizona's will.
No player IS dominate. They MAY dominate or they may BE more dominant.
As for the question - it depends what you need. Garko provides power, Jackson runs, avg.

Depends if your league uses adjectives or verbs as a scoring category
i thought a rod would be dominate in any format. please advice

You obviously haven't made a play for the dominate Nate McLouth or this wouldn't really be an issue.
