I am wondering what am I doing wrong in my setup that the scoring is so skewed toward the QBs and WRs, and has Westy ahead of LT?? Someone please help a brotha out.

I don't see anything that looks out of whack...Westy is ahead almost solely on the receiving stats (PPR) he has, and Brady was probably the #1 player in just about any scoring format last year.
