I have a different issue.
I have followed the email request and successfully logged in...once.
It takes my id and password when I follow the directions to sign in and change the password.
I want to renew my subscription, so I follow the link/directions.
Once there, it will not accept my id or passwword.
The only way to get back into the site is to close IE and start over...but it stops at the same place every time...
I would like keep my username and was hoping to renew, but will I have to create a new one...
I tried and it will not because it duplicates my email.
