I still haven't received my magazine (ordered in June) and e-mails went unanswered after being promised a refund.

I'm sure this will get deleted or moved but I don't know what else to do.

Should I just let it go and accept it as one of those losses?

I would try to PM Joe or David, I think they'd send you one or give you a refund.
