As I mentioned in another thread, I'm looking to add a DB or two for this year, and have some extra cap years so if I can grab someone who is good candidate to produce for another couple of years at a league min that would be nice. Some interesting additions to the list since last time as a result of some cap manuevering (Hope and Williams in particular).

16 team league, 1:3 tackle/big play ratio, 1pt per pass defense. Start 8 total defensive players, 2 at each position + 2 flex.

I would appreciate some rankings on these guys for both dynasty and redraft... any clear standouts for guys I should target?
