I'm not positive that Harrison is washed up yet. He had a huge second half of 2007 and might well be the best player on this list. I'm also not certain that Chris Harris shouldn't be 4th on this list, since I like Hope to rebound some this year and Harris' big play value should come back to earth this year.

I think I'd roster the highest upside here -- Bell, Harrison and Hope -- and have all three on a pretty short leash. If they get reasonable tackle opportunity and don't produce, they're gone for the next big potential player.
