I have them all in the same tier and practically even, so it's really a matter of personal preference.

I've got them Ruud, Sims, Briggs, but they're all extremely close.
I think Ruud has 110 solo potential, and that's pushing it for Sims and Briggs. Briggs looked nothing like the player he was in 2006 last season, which is enough for me to keep him behind Sims for now.
