I created a new league and everyone took defensive players way too high.......... now I have to find guys I don't know much about - these guys are ranked pretty high. I do like Mike Brown who I believe is still available as well- Dawkins never performs well in fantasy and I am not sure what to expect from Harrison any longer...........
What about these highly ranked players:Kevin Kaesviharn, Yeremiah Bell, Marvin White, Gerald Alexander and Kevin Payne (is Payne going to split time though?)?
Thanks for any help.

haha...I think marvin white is a pet player for at least one of the cincy loving staff here, so keep an eye on him.
check the chicago bears' secondary thread in idp for news on payne, and you might also check out their latest idp roundtable podcast --- they talked about him a bit.
think I'd probably have an interest in bell.

can you post some details about your league?

Marvin White was impressive in preseason and for now, I would pick him up. I really don't know what happens when Ndukwe is starting, if he does. I'd worry about it then. DBs are easy to find during the year and they tend to come out of nowhere more than other positions.

Cincy-loving, eh? If you only knew... tongue.gif.

Yeremiah Bell, Marvin Harrison, Brian Dawkins and Marvin White would be shades ahead of Alexander, Kaesviharn and Payne for me right now.

Scoring is 1.6 tackle, .8 assist, 8 for sack/interception.
I am not typically a fan of Dawkins for fantasy as he doesn't get too much consistency and I don't think he blitzes as much as he used to....... I appreciate the lead on Marvin White as CIN db's are always a good start. I will keep an eye on Payne as well to see if he is going to get all of the snaps. Rodney Harrison may be an option as well if they play him up on the line as he used to be .......
Thanks for the help!
