Will Victor Hobson find significant playing time with another team this season, or should he be purged from all rosters?

I don't see any upside here. Unless you can reliably forecast that he'll land in a near every-down role someplace in a somewhat IDP position or are in an extremely deep league, he needs to go. I don't see that happening and he was never particularly productive anyway, outside of a decent 2006.
